I was born and raised in Philadephia, Mississippi. I attended Neshoba Central schools for all 12 years. I have attended and graduated from Meridian Community College, Mississippi State University, and Mississippi College. In July 1998, I moved to Memphis, Tennessee to broaden my small-town horizons. I began teaching in August 1998. It was during my first year teaching that I met the man who would become my husband, Chuck. He was an equally new social studies teacher that taught at the school where I was teaching. We were married and I moved to Corinth the next year.
We have two beautiful children. Rachel Grace is a freshman at CHS, and Andrew is an 4th grader at CES.
We love to travel. Some of our favorite places to visit are to ANY beach and Walt Disney World. We also love spending lots of lazy summer days at Pickwick Lake.
